Be part of an extraordinary startup team within a Fortune 20 healthcare company that is reshaping the way high-acuity care is delivered across the country.  Job Summary The Sr. Product Manager, Product sh this by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies; evaluating product performance and making recommendations to drive revenue and earnings; managing commercialization activities such as positioning, promotion, and sales enablement; and executing market research to inform go-to-market strategy. This role is also responsible for the Velocare tradeshow and conference strategy, developing marketing and sales collateral, owning the brand strategy, formulating RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate on communications strategies.

Responsibilities Design, develop and implement marketing strategies, working in collaboration with a cross-functional team Demonstrate knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building business and marketing plans and incorporating the customer buying journey Perform market research and gather customer insights and internal feedback to inform strategy Identify and remain current on relevant market and industry trends Monitor, evaluate, and measure success of marketing strategies, programs, services, and solutions Manage commercialization activities such as positioning, promotion (campaigns, tradeshows) and sales enablement Develop and execute tradeshow and conference strategy Develop and manage project plans to complete work on time and on budget Negotiate and manage relationships with outside vendors Qualifications 5 years’ experience developing and executing successful growth strategies preferred Comfortable writing your own playbook as Velocare’s first wholly-dedicated marketing professional Healthcare and/or logistics/supply chain experience preferred BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred Ability to travel up to 25% What is expected of you and others at this level Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope Projects may have significant and long-term impact Provides solutions which may set precedent Independently determines method for completion of new projects Receives guidance on overall project objectives Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
