Digital Marketing Strategy and Analysis Collaborate with academic unit teams, CAI program managers, and external platform partners to develop and implement digital marketing plans for assigned portfolio of degree and pathway-to-credit programs Collaborate with CAI teams to develop marketing plans for the center’s portfolio of educational technology tools Work with CAI Research & Analytics team to understand course learner behaviors, and frame additional research projects Produce marketing performance reports using CAI-marketing and partner-marketing data Strategic Consulting and Partner Relations Undertake research to inform strategic marketing topics, including degree program or educational technology tool positioning, consumer trends, and market demand Provide consultative support to academic unit and CAI program management teams on marketing topics Marketing Communications Execution Coordinate the production and execution of marketing materials – including paid advertising, emails, and other digital marketing content – in partnership with other members of the CAI marketing and communications team Develop and execute email marketing strategies Other duties as assigned May include work to manage target audience segments within email CRM tool, and developing and executing email marketing strategies May include work with student fellows, external partners Bachelor’s degree Minimum of five years of marketing and communications experience Knowledge of marketing data analytics and relevant reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau Knowledge of email marketing tools, such as MailChimp, MarketingCloud, Constant Contact Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities This position may be underfilled at a lower classification depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
Salary Information The general salary range for this position is $78,000 – $88,000. Candidates can expect to be paid a competitive and equitable salary. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position and internal equity within the unit. All candidates are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process.
